Anchor Say Cheese Campaign Phase 2: Sweet Treats with Veluxe Cake House

Anchor Food Professionals launched the second phase of Anchor Say Cheese campaign with the selected bakery partner around Malaysia which included Veluxe Cake House in Johor Bahru. It is an exclusive assortment of anchor-branded desserts created by Fonterra’s own in-house patisserie chefs using top quality butter, cream cheese, milk and cream from its Anchor range which are all imported from New Zealand. Each bakery partner will whip up the delicious Anchor branded desserts using th original recipes and training provided by Fonterra’s patisserie chefs, with a slight tweak to suit the unique preferences of its customers. 
The theme for the year is “Connecting with Loved Ones”, which means spending time with people we love most with the delicious desserts. The desserts are European themed and it include 
First Love RM 3.30
What do you feel about first love? 
Made with brown sugar, cream cheese and cream, the bread is soft but has texture and healthy. Make sure you eat the whole thing in one bite to taste the perfect combination of the bread and you will understand what is love at the first bite.

Lady Marmalade RM 3.30
Talking about lady marmalade, I am sure you will think of the song by Christina Aguilera and you will feel like dancing along with the song right? 
The cream cheese was infused with fresh orange and hence you can taste the tinge of orange when you eat the bun. The orange is fresh orange with no artificial flavoring and coloring 🙂 
Almond Rosa, Cheeznie RM 6,50

The almond rosa is a nutty almond butter sponge cake with a rich layer of cream cheese. 
The Cheeznie/cheesy brownie is a cream cheese sandwiched in between 2 slices of decadent chocolate brownies and topped with chopped walnuts. It has sweet bitterness taste as the cocoa used is 55% and above with the quality walnut. 
Personally, I like cheeznie the most and I just cannot stop eating it!

These exclusive Anchor’s signature creations are available at selected bakeries throughout the country from now until December 2016. 

Customers will also receive the limited edition Anchor spoonwith every purchase of two boxes of Anchor’s signature desserts. 
These signature desserts will be available in all participating bakeries including RT Pastry in the Klang Valley, Bread History in Penang, The Baker’s Hut in Seri Manjung, Born & Bread in Ipoh, Patisfrance Boulangerie and Yeast Pastry House in Malacca, Veluxe Cake House in Skudai, Fung Seng Cake House in Muar, Port View Euro Bakery in Kota Kinabalu, Taka Cake House in Kuching and Hot Cross Buns in Miri. Note that the pricing varies according to bakeries.
