P for the Present

P for present, not the past.
If you cannot look beyond the present, at least stop looking at your past.

What does it mean by living in the present?

It means be grateful with what you have.
However, it is very hard to be grateful when you are not in good shape.

As a human, we struggle with daily challenges.
How we choose to face the challenges change everything.

I am having a lot of bad times at work.
It is emotionally draining.
Even  I am constantly reminding myself that I need to be grateful with what I have, it is hard to do so with all the emotions.

Depressed. Emo. Stressed.

Dealing with the feelings is hard. It is a never ending war within.

Sometimes you just have to overlook all the little things and think of a better picture.
Brain is complicated because it consists a lot of neurons. The good news is you have control over what you brain thinks. The bad news is it takes a lot of time to do it.

Enough of deep talks.

Ending my post with this quote:
You are imperfect, permanently and inevitably flawed. And you are beautiful.-Amy Bloom
Till we meet again,
xoxo
