Hi, this is the third and will be the last cooking post! Have you read the previous Ikan Brand post on Spaghetti Herb Paste and also Instant Tom Yam Sauce? If you haven’t, click on the link to read it.
Today, I am going to introduce you Instant Rendang Paste.
Ingredients (For 5-6 persons)
Ikan Brand Instant Rendang Paste,
Chicken (1.2 kg)
Water (100 ml)
Thick coconut milk (200 ml)
What is in the Instant Rendang Paste?
Chilli, Shallot, Lemongrass, Galangal, Turmeric, Ginger, Edible Oil, Sugar and Salt.
Cooking Instructions:
1) Stir fry chicken with 1 packet of Ikan Brand Instant Rendang Paste over low heat until aromatic.
2) Add in water and coconut milk to simmer until chicken is tender and gravy become thicker. (Approximate 30 minutes)

This is the final product! The rendang chicken looks pretty delicious right? Eat with a bowl of white rice, it is easy and simple to prepare your own dinner or even dinner for your family in just less than an hour time!
